Beautiful hotel from every corner! Respectful staff. No problems at all! You are welcomed with an icy roselle juice and cold wet cloth to cool you down! Hotel provides everything there from 3 different pools, different cultural foods, spas, and painting sessions. Would go back!

A haven in Patong. Beautiful resort. Excellent staff. Very relaxing. Be warned it is big. We had to go through three buildings and three lifts to get to our room. There are lips to every doorway which isn't great either. However, the hospitality is top tier. I will return

Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. The views from the room was so calming, the staff are always ready to help and the food was excellent! The only recommendation is to make the place adults only since it gets loud especially in the morning with kids screaming. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning. The staff is great. The breakfast couldn’t be any better. The rooms are impeccable. 10/10. Also… PALM at the restaurant is a treasure. I’ve traveled the world and I always stay in great hotels, his lever of hospitality and attention to details is immaculate. The breakfast experience was even better because he was there to welcome us every morning! Give that man whatever he asks for, he deserves it!

OMG please book this resort if you can. This was the most beautiful place I have stayed in my life. Every penny spent here was worth it. Breakfast for halal food eaters is HEAVEN!!!! So much halal food options an variety in food. Don’t think twice before booking this place. I can guarantee you will have a great time in the resort itself. The location is perfect with so many restaurants around and Bangla road is walkable too!!

Hotel was lovely, really good location slightly out of the hustle of Patong but easily reached by walking about 10 mins to get to the busy area. The staff were all lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. The breakfast is great and plenty of choice. The rooms are slightly dated or less luxurious than you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There is also an activity desk in the hotel which we used for one booking and again was great. The outside pool area is lovely with a great bar and lots of food on offer. I would say the gym is quite lacking, very small for the size of the hotel that we didn’t use it in the end, it could use an upgrade.

Hotel staff and grounds are amazing, attention to detail is spot on. We had an issue with our room and ant but staff went above and beyond to resolve it, would definitely recommend staying here.

Great lifestyle luxury hotel in Patong, very close to everything, but build in a way that makes it seem like a hidden resort. Nice architecture with plenty of wood and nature. Our small room on the fifth 7th floor in the main building came with a little balcony. Slightly run down, television did not work. Not a quiet place — a constant noice from the water flow in pools. This is a family with kids paradise not so much a quiet adults place. For that chose something further away from Patong. The restaurant was very nice. Plenty of options. All in all very good. Expensive but good.
