When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. "Room was clean and looked lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I mentioned reason for stay so they informed me of washing machines facilities and they were free to use. Breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
