"Buen hotel en la T1 "

"Durante nuestra reciente estancia en este Hotel en la Ciudad de México, tuvimos el placer de ser atendidos por Raul, quien nos brindó un servicio excepcional desde el momento en que llegamos. Su cálida bienvenida y su actitud servicial marcaron la pauta para un viaje maravilloso. Raul fue increíblemente atento, ayudándonos con nuestro equipaje y asegurándose de que estuviéramos cómodos. Compartió excelentes consejos sobre las comodidades del hotel y las atracciones locales, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su conocimiento de la ciudad y sus recomendaciones reflexivas hicieron que nuestra exploración de la Ciudad de México fuera aún más agradable. Lo que realmente destacó fue la disposición de Raul para ir más allá. "Great location, super clean building and room, filtered water in the room, friendly staff, complimentary laundry room, and rooftop bar were the best parts. The gym could use some improvement. The only negative was the shower. The showerhead was a little leaky, the shower floor was super slippery, and the shower drain kept backing up, but there was very nice soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion."

"I enjoyed the clean room, staff and amenities. We were provided with snacks in the common areas such, coffee, freshly baked cookies, water, chips, peanuts. I enjoyed how close everything is to the historic places are. Located right across from el zocalo. Walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes,for those who enjoy walking like me. I will definitely come back and stay there. "
