"This was my 20th time to this resort. We keep returning as it’s very clean. We have made friends with a lot of the staff and get spoken to by our names and “welcome home”. The food just keeps getting better! I love the coffee shop! The service is exceptional in all areas of the resort. The drinks are good with a great variety of brands of liquor as well as beer. The entertainment is good variety for a family resort. The spa offers great options. I always get at least 1 massage. Our only suggestions are: 1.) bring back the vendors that used to sell in the lobby or around the pool. We have a collection of the paintings and have been unable to locate the artists that did them. And we would love more. 2.) Have more reasonable priced tanning products and kids toys in the resorts store. We found it to be very expensive and didn’t buy things there. "

"This is our 3rd trip to Las Americas. The facilities are nice. The only drawback is if you don't claim your seats around the pool by 7:00, you'll have to go to the beach. This has gotten worse with every visit. It's a little frustrating to see chairs sitting with towels on them until afternoon and no one in them. Small issue"

"We stay at this property twice a year. Excellent, well-maintained property providing exceptional value. The small beach cove provides calm water year-round. The pools are about 4 feet deep and so they heat up nicely on sunny days. Food is wonderful with many choices including 3 buffet restaurants and 5 private dining restaurants. The Expedia building is centrally located near the quiet pool. I ask and within a few minutes someone is there to help. "

"Friendly, caring environment. Would like to see more women waitresses in La Huerta. Bell boys were outstanding in helping us catch our flight in terminal 2. The van driver gets a star with all the construction going on. Thank you for your hospitality. I will be back again. "

"We have stayed at quite a few all inclusives so have quite a bit to compare it to and we loved this resort. The food was excellent. Staff was so friendly and attentive. Very clean in all areas. Would definitely return and highly recommend!"

"Very nice resort. It is on a beautiful beach and has multiple pools, with lifeguards during daytime hours. There were multiple restaurant options and 24 hour room service. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was far out enough that it was not crowded, but still within 40 minutes of the airport. We will consider staying again if we travel to Cancun."
