" Amazing room right on the beach with a private pool! Off season rate was very good. My only complaint was the stinginess with the coffee and water. They only gave us 2 capsules of coffee and when I asked for more the room service guy showed up with a bill asking 100 pesos(over $5) for each capsule!!!! Also charged over 100 pesos for each bottled water!! This is a great property but beware of the charges!!!"

"This is a good hotel to stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Zicatela beach was only across the street. Good restaurants only a few steps away. Quiet and very safe place. If you use the swimming pool or go to the beach they lend you towels. Highly recommended."

"This property was safe and made us feel like our second home. If we needed anything at all they were most accommodating! In fact one night we stayed with friends out of town and they contacted us making sure we were ok which made us feel good! Everyone on the staff was amazing! "
