Best resort ive ever been to, the activities, kind staff, everything made this the best trip of our lives. But especially thanks to Eduardo, the bartender at the pool near the spot and was also the bartender at the main lobby august 3 and 4 2026. He is the kindest person we have ever met on any trip, he was very skilled, funny, when he had his day off the trip wasnt the same. Also thanks to carolina the concierge at building 51 area at end of july, we told many people it was our honeymoon they all congratulated us but she was the only one to help us get the package and it changed everything, my wife was very happy and it made our trip a lot more special, thanks to her being caring enough and for putting in the extra effort, not to mention how incredibly kind she is and professional
