"The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended. "

"Amazing location! WiFi worked extremely well. Staff was friendly, check-in was quick, the shower water pressure was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water! They provided a big fan since the hotel does not have AC, so that’s something to keep in mind when you book here. The nights were cool and I run hot, so I didn’t even need AC while here. Would recommend! "
"I have stayed here before and would not hesitate to stay here again. A great place to stay at with beautiful views of the city. Make sure to get a room with a balcony facing the street called Paseo de la Reforma, it's very well worth it. Or you could go to the rooftop for amazing views of the city. And they have a car garage if you need one."
"Best part of town to be in as a tourist for the first time.Lots of great restaurants in the area and a great part of town to walk through beautiful parks. Had breakfast at hitel, very good. Staff excellent and helpful."
