I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were incredibly warm, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. I tried my best to communicate in English and basic Spanish, and the front desk staff always took the time to patiently answer my questions and help me. Also, the location is also very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions around Mexico City. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit the city.

The staff was friendly and polite. They made sure to make you feel welcome. I liked the fact the Hotel was clean and well organized. The breakfast was good and you had multiple choices to to enjoy. Eggs made to order, teas and fresh coffee. The staff was polite and took care of your needs quickly. Also its a great location, close to food, bars and the the Pachuca Mall. lots to choose from.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my trip to Mexico City. The location was perfect—I always felt safe, and everything I needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants, shops, and several well-known landmarks. It made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City and will happily stay here again on my next trip.

I was incredibly happy with my selection the rooms are updated. The need better pics. The location was perfect to celebrate Mexicos win. I felt safe at all times 24hr guard the continentap breakfast was yummy. Will book again.

I don't recommend this place; there is too much noise from other guests, and they don't clean the rooms. Don't ask the hotel to arrange a taxi for you—the service is poor, and they charge a lot.

Muy buena ubicación y accesible a diferentes lugares y transporte. El personal de recepción es muy amable. No es un edificio nuevo, pero si las instalaciones y las habitaciones si son recientes y son muy espaciosas y acogedoras. Lo que no me satisfizo fue el servicio de limpieza, tuve que llamar en varias ocasiones para que me cambiaran toallas, así mismo, no dejaban insumos de aseo. Así mismo, aunque era un desayuno continental, pareciera que no tienen dimensionado el volumen de huéspedes, pues antes de las 9 AM se agotan los insumos y no hay reabastecimiento, al preguntar la respuesta fue “solo eso tenemos”

Me encantó el hotel, el servicio del personal, la disposición la habitación muy limpia todos los días nos hicieron las habitaciones la limpieza, el baño Super bien la regadera súper excelente, no tenía problema de presión de agua ni de calentamiento del agua tampoco estuvo excelente el servicio de la regadera, eso me encantó las toallas limpias el desayuno Super bien un desayuno continental, muy completito rico este me volvería hospedar en este lugar. Y aparte que estén excelente. A metros del ángel de la independencia. ❤️
