Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

TVs need to be updated to smart TVS so that you can stream your services . They’re was no way to watch your applications such as Netflix / Hulu/ hbo. This would have been great feature, especially when you want to chill in your room.

Paradisus is a very special resort and I made many memories there and during excursions. As soon as we arrived, we were able to get a free room upgrade by booking through expedia. There were multiple restaurants to eat from and they all served impeccable food. Even at the pool and beach, the service went above and beyond by providing further food/drinks when needed. This was definitely my first and best experience in a resort.
