Stayed with the whole family (4), everything was great, room was clean and the staff was outstanding, amenities were nice. Free shuttle was fantastic and we used it 2 times to go back to the airport and exchange cash. Will stay there again in the future.

Good breakfast and staff is very helpful. Location and shuttle service works great for late/early flights, just be aware that there could be a bit of a wait for the shuttle, but airport is only 5 mins away. Room was clean but noticeable dated. I think for a single night stay is manageable.

I think it was my third or fourth visit to this property this year. Convenient for the next day flight from MEX airport. This time the services were as usual, nice. We had a great dinner at the restaurant, and we met the chef. The food was really good and the service very nice. The shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. Will definitely return.

Very accessible to the airport and their shuttle was on time and efficient. Pool and gym were well kept and restaurant is spacious. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. Property hallways seemed a little old and a couch in the lobby was dirty. Other than that it was a good stay and good value.

Served its purpose very well. The room was huge. Just a piece of advice: if you have a booking don’t make the line, otherwise you’ll be waiting for two hours in a line meant for people who missed flights.

I like this brand in general, convenient for a short stay, with parking available. This time I was upgrades to a suite, two huge rooms. I wish I was staying longer. I took a shuttle from and to the airport and it was very convenient. The service in the restaurant was strange. More waiters than customers, but they do not make eye contact, so you just sit and hope. This could be improved. My room had wast views of the inner garden, that was nice.
