The outdoors, architecture is impressive. Very well kept. But this is not enough. For the price, there was no communication between safety employee and front desk. It took us a while they let us in. The door that divides the bedroom from the living did not work or was too heavy. Toilet leaking and noisy. hot water takes too long to come. Faucet stream too strong. Shower stream too weak. Tv impossible to get channels. The bed base sticking is a pain; I knock myself on it few times. On the positive side, the sheets were excellent.

Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank. Never going back.

El servicio prestado por el hotel es fantástico, es un lugar muy limpio, tranquilo y todo el personal es muy amable, desde la recepción nos ayudaron a bajar y llevar nuestras maletas hasta la habitación, en todo momento ayudaron a qué nuestra estancia fuera increíble, hay señores que siempre nos ofrecían acercarnos una sombrilla o incluso si el jacuzzi estaba calientito nos lo ofrecían. Lo único malo en nuestra visita fue que hubo un evento del super bowl y había bastante gente, de ahí en fuera, puedo resaltar absolutamente todo del hotel, y de verdad el personal es muy muy muy amable. Eso sí no esperen que la alberca tenga una temperatura medianamente tibia, está muy fría, pero un chapuzón de golpe y el frío desaparece. Cuentan con servicio a la habitación, hay toallas limpias, cafetera de cápsulas, jabón, shampoo y acondicionador, papel de baño, agua, TV de cable, y frazadas extras por si te llega a dar frío.

Casi perfecto como siempre solo que la limpieza del jacuzzi no esta bueno como las otras veces pedi que la limpiaran porque la iva a ocupar en lo que iva al centro de Atlixco y entre 1 hora o 2 maximo regrese y no la limpiaron baje a reception para decirles y se tardaron mas de media hora a que mandaran alguien a “limpiar” 😪😪

La habitación con poca limpieza en general, la cafetera sin tapa y sucia, el Wifi no funciona y por la zona no hay buena señal de celular, por lo que te quedas incomunicado. El agua caliente de la regadera escasa y las toallas proporcionadas bastante gastadas y casi rotas. En la zona de alberca el chapoteadero y el jacuzzi vacíos sin agua y los camastros rotos. El hotel en general deja mucho que desear y desde luego que no puede ser considerado como un hotel boutique.

Me fue muy mal, el calentador muy malo por qué solo llenaba 10-15 cm de la tina caliente y después salía agua fría. Por lo tanto no valió la pena pagar la habitación. La cafetera no servía, los enchufes de luz no servían y no pude cargar mi celular, la TV principal no se podía ver ningún canal solo se escuchaba música , y muy maltratado y sin mantenimiento. (Lo comenté antes de salir de la propiedad)
