A wonderful stay in Puebla! Casa Pepe is centrally located, clean & comfy, and has a kind and helpful staff. This hotel also offers free walking tours and daily activities at the guests so it’s great for solo travelers. Kind regards to Julian who is a great host and guide!

Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. By being added to the hotel WhatsApp group we went on some great walking tours and food/drink tours and we loved meeting other guests at the hotel. A memorable stay. Thank you.

This is my go to hotel. Staff is always amazing, everything was clean, location couldn’t be better. Internet was stable and it was quiet. It’s really a gem when considering a place to stay.

the room was super clean and the bathroom, very private pod with curtains that go all the way up , i suggest they put some paper towels in the restroom and a rug for when you get out of the shower i slip a few times not safe , but other than that perfect , The hosts are very attentive and sweet,

Casa Pepe is the best hotel to stay if you’re looking for great service by staff, perfect location, excellent price and a chill vibe. The hotel is spotless and has international guests that makes me feel right at home. Plenty of restaurants around and on weekends a great number of vendors if your looking for local crafts and much more.

Excellent hostel. Perfect location within walking distance of food and sights. Staff was great and made you feel welcomed. Dorm room was clean and comfortable . My only complaint was little hot water and weak wifi in the room.

Wow - this hostel was fantastic. I would definitely use the word hostel loosely, as the quality and standard of the entire place is more like hotel. The accommodation was gorgeous and in a great location. Staff were super helpful, giving food recommendations and also offered free walking tours of the city.

Perfect place in Puebla

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is more like a hostel for young people, although as mature adults we felt welcome. They had activities planned that were appropriate and fun for those participating. The price was excellent, and the restaurant had tasty breakfasts.

Casa Pepe is an amazing place to stay. Staff is great, room was upgraded and spotless. Internet worked well and TV which I did not watch much was fine. The location is perfect and right across the street from the Analco Station. That allows you to use public transport all over the city. I will be back very soon.
