"First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs,...
