This is a wonderful and magic quiet place. Pools are clean and the warm pool is relaxing. Exelent staff, and near zocalo. Like 15 minutes drive. Only little thing is some areas are still under construction.

Beautiful property, staff was not welcoming. They had an attitude, we had to ask where everything was and not informed on how to operate the sauna ( unable to use). Website does not provide information on fitness room so, did not bring work out clothes. Food was excellent and drinks good.

It is a very beautiful old hacienda. The room was very beautiful. The only thing was we found what appeared to be dead water bugs in our room on the day we arrived and more the next morning. They have large gaps on the ground floor doors.We believe fumigation may have taken place before we stayed in the room. I told the receptionist the next morning about the bugs and she said they had turmites do to the old wood beams and they have that same issue every year. I believe she may have thought I was talking about those bugs.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We tried their spa services and they were amazing! We got a massage and we also did the group temascal. The temascal is an unforgettable experience, I recommend it to anyone that is looking to heal and ground themselves. The staff at the hotel were all polite and accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
