"Pool was very clean the location is great , and the breakfast buffet is the best it’s always a must "

"Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance. The water temperature for the shower took more than 20 minutes to warm up which is so inconvenient if you’re are on a schedule. Also I think is a crime to spend so much water in a huge city that has water problems distribution in some areas. The faucet was dirty . It shows some make up stains from previous guests I guess . Overall is good but the water temperature experience was terrible."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t realize there was a fee for cleaning. Otherwise the stay was good and the location is excellent."

"El lugar está en una zona de muchos restaurantes y lugares para comer, también está en una zona donde se puede caminar a cualquier hora del día. El personal muy amable y atento, las instalaciones me gustaron mucho, aunque los pasillos en los pisos estaban muy calientes. Definitivamente volveré a quedarme ahí cuando regrese a la Ciudad de México."
