A wonderful historic hotel. Perfectly maintained, wonderful rooms, great location; with Services, stores, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants all in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast is wonderful, and the lobby bar, called the Phone Bar, is excellent with great entertainment and drinks. And don't miss the free Hotel tour offered every hour.

This hotel is amazing with all it's historic features and proximity to several top Mexico city tourist attractions. Their restaurants are affordable with delicious food. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend it.

I've stayed a few times and for antique shopping or central location it's great. The hotel is wonderful but this last trip my stomach did not sit well with the breakfast food. I'm not sure what it was nothing too extremely serious but it ruined the first part of my morning for sure.

Geneve is a beautiful antique hotel. It is centered in what is called "Zona rosa". This hotel does need maintenance, shower heads would spray water all over and the water would come out of the shower causing a water puddle outside even though it has a drain, and the sink drain would not work. The staff is amazing! Everyone is very polite. There is a delicious restraunt "casa de toño" right in front of the hotel.

Hotel Geneve is an amazing hotel with a lot of history and historical character. Staff is amazing - helpful and courteous. The location itself is ideal as it is central to major transportation hubs like Insurgentes Metro and Metrobus. The breakfast offered by hotel is reliable good quality. Though you can find cheaper alternatives outside of hotel it is the ambiance that hooks you in. I didn’t have the pleasure of drinking at the hotel bar but I am planning another stay at this hotel.

It was all good. Rooms were excellent, everyday cleaning was done and the food was top notch. Only issue was no water bottles on all days of your stay. You get 2 when you check in and need to pay if you need more. Costs 45 Pesos for one 500ml bottle. You can buy a 6L can for 55pesos in nearby seveneleven. I would give a 8/10.

We loved the room and its central location. When we arrived to our room and realized the shower didn’t work, we were immediately given the choice between 2 alternative rooms. However, we did ask several times for an additional towel (we were a group of 3, not 2).

We loved the Hotel Geneve! It truly felt luxurious. It was very quaint and historical, which they lean into and it is super cute. The room was rather large and had high ceilings. It is super close to the Angel of the Reform and only about a 10-15 walk from the Bosque de Chapultepec. They have a cute breakfast place and a dinner restaurant on site as well.
