"Nice clean room, good breakfast and helpful staff"

"The hotel looked newer in the pics online than in reality but it was comfortable and close to everything we needed. The shower needed a good scrub though. There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom so my toiletries had to sit on the floor in their bag. Breakfast was great and convenient although we weren’t told how to access this on check in so ate out in the first morning. Room service was ordered on one occasion and the food came quickly and was delicious and hot. The coffe machine in the room needed rinsing quite a few times before use but was nice to have. The beach was also just a short walk which was nice and the pool and gym were enjoyed by my son. I think for the price I was expecting more and cleanliness of the bathroom and shower should be better however we did still enjoy our stay other than those things. I wouldn’t pay this price at the same hotel again though. I’ve stayed in cheaper accommodation that is cleaner and newer."

"The room was exceptionally roomy and very clean. The room service daily was unexpected, so all good. The hotel staff were so good. Anything asked they would do their best. Food ion the pub exceptional great variety of beers and wine available. I would like to see Reschs Beer on tap. No pub in Bowral now has it. Witch is disappointing. one thing that was not good was that the 40 inch Samsung TV did not work well at all. It would not turn on and off properly and would just turn on in the middle of the night. We personally have Samsung Smart TVs so I thought it was the remote so I charged it. But no, it still was playing up. I think it needs to be replaced. A little dissapointed that when we reported the TV issue on check out it was bit dismissive. Anyway thought for next time not room 17"

"Arrived at this place for check in and they didn’t have a record of my reservation and I was told they were full. Basically told too bad. No assistance offered in any way. I showed them my confirmation and receipt proving my booking and payment but they still didn’t care. Asked to speak to manager but they wouldn’t even come and speak to me. Can’t comment on rooms as I didn’t get to see one. Can I suggest reading other travellers reviews. If they don’t care about messing up a reservation one can only imagine what else they don’t care about."

"I recently stayed at Quest Nowra and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome from check-in to departure. The location was convenient, close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend Quest Nowra to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again in the future."
