"The property was great for our needs but I would expect to have Netflix or similar. Property managers gave us the wrong garage entry key so we couldn't access the basement. They gave us another unit but it was unfortunate that this mix-up occurred. The garage remote was damaged so it didn't always work. Garage was separate from front door which made unloading difficult."

"Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food. "

"The pictures used and address on WOTIF are not the property. It is in fact across the road. I booked a ground floor unit due to issues with stairs for medical reasons and I was given a 3rd floor unit with stair access only. Check In process was a nightmare. I had to call to find out how I get access. Was told they send a code for the gate and room. After 5 calls and an hr and half wait, I was finally given codes. Went to address and found signage stating this is wrong property and that the...
