"My daughters stayed at Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles and the customer service truly stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and every employee I interacted with made me feel like a valued guest. The level of hospitality was consistent throughout my stay—front desk, housekeeping, and support staff all went above and beyond. What impressed me most was how responsive and accommodating the team was. Any request or question was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and it made the overall experience seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself has a beautiful historic charm, but it’s the staff that really makes the difference. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Los Angeles."

"I have to wait like 45 minutes due to technical problem with their system it was around 3AM. Didn’t have local tv channels neither to use the apps until I asked to get check. I was told by Expedia all fee were included but I ended paying extras fees at hotel . So I’m not happy at all . "
