Checkin guy very pleasant/helpful. Room was sparkly clean but tight. Bathroom needs hooks to hang wet towels. Maid also very kind and helpful. Noise was definitely noticed with freeway close by. There’s no walkable restaurants nearby.

First thing I noticed when checking in was how friendly the staff was. They were always happy to help or answer questions. The second, the room was very clean. I initially thought out comforter had stains on it but I was wrong. The bed was on the firm side, which is my preference, and the floors were not carpet, so another bonus. My favorite part of the room had to be the bathroom though. No dirty shower curtain, this bathroom had the sliding glass panels and there was so much room in it! Honestly its one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The location has easy interstate/highway access and was quiet at night. Being right across from the mall also gave us a lot of food options. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. If we ever come back to LA, I'd definitely stay here again.

What can’t I say? Was a very pleasant experience. The staff is tremendous. The rooms are clean and the surroundings are awesome. The staff there does a great job and keeping the area clean and safe. I will continue to stay there.
