"Staff were friendly and attentive to needs. The TV didn't work properly when we arrived. The Night Clerk couldn't fix it but provided a paper with suggestions to help. Still couldn't get the TV to work. In the morning, the Manager got right on the issue and had the maintenance crew resolve the issue ASAP. Very pleased with the efficiency of the staff. The hotel was clean and sufficient."
