"- The living room television was not fully functional — the top half of the screen did not work, making it unusable.- The pool was not saltwater as advertised and was not filled to an appropriate level causing the equipment to run very loudly.- The home was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt/grime throughout. - The pool area had an unpleasant fishy odor and the yard was unkempt and dirty.- Several towels appeared unclean.- The refrigerator did not get cold enough to safely store food, preventing us from keeping groceries and preparing meals as planned.- There was a broken lamp and a large broken lampshade in the master bedroom.These were not minor inconveniences. The lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and inability to properly use the refrigerator and pool significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Our other friends left two days early. "

"I chose this property specifically because it was listed as event-friendly. I was upfront with the host that I planned to celebrate my 60th birthday with family, many of whom live in the area.The event began at 2:00 PM, and by 3:30 PM, the police arrived, citing the music as too loud. This was surprising given the early hour and the property’s representation as suitable for events. The day before the celebration, we were also awakened early by construction work next door, which continued throughout the day and was not disclosed in advance.The police later informed us that there is an anonymous caller who contacts them whenever more than four cars are parked in front of the house. Despite bringing the music indoors, the police returned two more times, followed by a call from the host, at which point we shut the event down entirely.I don’t fault the host for difficult neighbors, but I do feel the listing was misleading. I passed on several properties that clearly stated events were not allowed, relying on this listing’s description. Given the circumstances, this property is not realistically suitable for events, and I was very disappointed that my milestone celebration had to be cut short.The place was beautiful but not suitable for events. It is not event friendly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this House during our visit to Miami. The property was extremely clean, well maintained, and perfectly located for our needs. We were in town for a wedding, and the house was ideal for accommodating our family comfortably.The location is excellent—with supermarkets and great places to eat just minutes away, which made everything very convenient. The heated pool was fantastic, and the amenities truly stood out: the basketball area, pool table, and outdoor spaces kept everyone entertained throughout our stay.Our family members absolutely loved the house, and it provided the perfect balance of comfort, fun, and relaxation. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again."
