"The location was spectacular! You essentially don't need to leave, with 3 restaurants, 2 pools, one roof top and rooftop sun lounging! I enjoyed an Ocean view to top things off. The room was lovely, even though, small, it was comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Plus it is a beutiful art deco building! The area is very walkable."

"I booked a suite with a balcony with a city view, upgraded to the bay view… but without my consent, Claudia at the front desk moved me to a 1BR instead of the studio… so when I checked out the price was like $300 different than what she quoted and they would not honor what Claudia initially quoted me. Ended up paying $1300 for 2 nights!!! "

"We booked this stay to get access to the Ritz property. The room is essentially a hotel room that was converted to a condo. The room is a little dated, but clean. The beds are “Full” size super comfy. The hotel was lovely. The common areas and pools just underwent a total renovation last year. The beaches are very nice. They are flat, so walking is easy. There is also an adult only pool, for couples that no longer have little kids. The restaurants and bars were great. We could definitely go back again."

"I was disappointed that housekeeping never came to our room over the course of our three night day. The bathroom was incredibly outdated. Other than that, we had a great time in a perfect location to coconut grove."
