The room and Collab restaurant are great! Rooms are Clean, modern, nice size and quiet. The gym and pool areas need to be staffed and maintained better. A 4 Star hotel should not feel like a motel "self service". For a fully booked hotel, they certainly have the means to step up service.

Loved the people working at the hotel! Genuinely kind and professional Loved dinner at both restaurants on site The Collab and Mamey!! The service, the awesome waiters, so kind, attentive, warm, caring! and curteous… a delight when you arrive tired and stressed Just what I needed! An oasis in the middle of a residential/business/university of Miami neighborhood! The open air terrace pool beautifully landscaped, with a bar and a view of the neighborhood park and the city. A place to feel at home! A home you want to return to over and over! As i did so myself❤️🌹
