Valley View 2BR cottage (No Pets Allowed)

Located just outside Torquay at the start of the Great Ocean Road in a tranquil rural setting, Bells Estate is an ideal location to relax and enjoy the facilities or to explore the many attractions that the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast have to offer.

The villa features a fully self contained kitchen, spa bath, a wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV and the main bedroom patio with valley views. Toiletries, linen and towels are supplied.

In the pool building you will find an indoor solar heated pool (Sept-April) and table tennis. Outside is a basketball half court, inground trampoline and tree swings.

Great family getaway

Our family enjoyed this property. Lots of land to explaore and many activities to entertain children. It is unfortunate the pool was not as heated as we were expecting, may be due to insufficient sun for solar heating. Lovely stay

Family farm getaway

Loved this place!! Our kids had a ball and we were very relaxed and comfortable the hole time. Plenty do within 5 minute drive, easy to come and got the premises, very private place to stay, loved to meet the animals around the place and explore around property at night with the flashlight, We all slept great in the comfortable beds with more than Adequate heating cooling options, defiantly be back another time, strongly recommend to families

Fantastic

We booked the 2BR cottage and our friends booked the Bush Cottage. It was the perfect place for adults to catch up and kids to play. Facilities are great, Terry is a legend, and the location is wonderful. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for having us Terry!

Very relaxing stay

Very cosy little cottage. The owners were friendly and welcoming. It was great seeing the animals roaming around, our little one adored seeing them show up near the lounge room window. The shared indoor pool was great. Very picturesque views of the surrounding farms/woods. Having a cafe on one side and winery on the other within walking distance was a bonus.

Disappointing

Our stay was a bit disappointing. The facilities looked a lot nicer online than in real life, the kitchen sink became fully clogged for no reason, the only toilet connecting to the master bedroom was poor design and made privacy and issue, the blankets had dog hair all over them and smelt and the extra mattress provided was broken. The location was nice and the train carriage office was quirky. It has potential, however work is needed to bring it up to standard.

My son & I did not have a good sleep, mozzies & a white tail spider in main bed room, mozzies & uncomfortable bed in twin room. Need to make sure you close the front door as a chook likes to come in and poo on the floor.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in January, and Terry was very helpful. The cottage suited us perfectly being a family of 5. Having other family staying in Torquay, they came out to Bells Estate, and we had a BBQ in the pool area one night, which was really nice, and we loved the fact that we could bring our little dog. He had a great time. Thanks Terry.

A very cosy and well maintained cottage in the bush, but not too far from the beach. We saw many kangaroos and birds around and the big cottage ahd plenty of room for our big family. The small lake on the premises gave of some cooling off when the temperature was above 40 degrees.

The owner of Bells Estate, Terry, is a very friendly, helping and kind man. His little dog, Missy, is the cutest and friendliest addition to this beautiful place. Bells Estate is very relaxing and gorgeous getaway, would of loved staying there more than one night. The pool and spa was so welcoming and was where most of us spent our stay!! Will definantly return on our next stay down that way! A getaway we will never forget!
