Our host Denison looked after us well even when laundry was being delivered late.

"• This flat was advertised as Air-conditioned, however it had one small, portable AC and a fan that helped in the living room only.• The furniture, carpet, and rugs were tired, old and in need of replacement.We were there only 4-nights, and on two mornings, we had no hot water.• I called the Management company on the second no-hot water morning to raise my complaint, was asked to send them an email with the details, and was told that management would be in touch.
