"It was a construction site! Literally! No amenities, barely a reception, no warning. Room was fine but really you should not be selling this hotel while its under such heavy construction - the room is not cheap considering you are basically entering a construction zone Very disappointed "

"AC kept room cool, beds are just doubles not queen's or kings, bathroom is a weird configuration with the toilet right against the wall at least you wouldn't fall off, breakfast so so, scrambled eggs definitely real runny not the way we cook them in Canada"

"I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and was very disappointed. The cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, with the room not properly cleaned and areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. For a hotel in this category, it was unacceptable. There were also very few amenities available, which made the stay feel poor value for money. On top of that, parking was extremely expensive and felt like an unnecessary extra charge. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very basic, limited, and nowhere near what you would expect from a four-star hotel. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating, and I would not choose to stay here again."
