"The breakfast menu was good, the only suggestion will be to have either chicken, turkey or vegan options at all times instead of just pork. Other than that, the staff (especially Latoya the manager) always go above and beyond with a bright smile. The cleanliness is impeccable!!! "

"I stayed during my birthday the staff was nothing but wonderful my room was clean I requested a early check in and I was able to get a room on the top floor which had good views the stuff was so helpful when my flight got canceled and I needed to stay an extra night due to issues with TSA I would definitely stay there again when I am visiting New York"

"The only reason I gave 4stars some two of the questions was; the area was near the projects where their was a lot of police one day, I felt safe they were there but alarmed at their presence and the amount, next was the room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room. Other than they my stay was awesome, the staff was a pleasure and the guy at the counter w/the glasses was very nice he found my ID that I didn’t realize I lost until it was time to check out! He did write down his name for me but I forgot it in my other coat. All and all I would book. Again even with the minor (conveniences) not available. But just about a block maybe two way there are a lot of places to choose to eat and it’s very close to public transit! I really like my room deposit being in cash because I don’t have to wait 2-3 days for it to come on my card I get it right as I’m checking out! "
