Excellent location! While room is small it’s extremely functional! Staff was kind and courteous throughout our stay! A matter of feet from all the Times Square action yet quiet and peaceful at night.

Our room for two was so small. I had a queen bed with a bunk bed on top. There was no place to put your luggage, there was no closet, just a small rod by the sink, There wasn’t a chair even. I ordered a hamburger and asked for a different kind of bun than a brioche. When they brought the order, there was just a hamburger patty with cheese on top, sitting on the bottom of a cardboard box! The salad, was just greens with two dill pickles on top, not very appetizing. There was no place to eat, except to sit on the bed. The only positive was the location which was right near many Theaters to see Shows. If you are young and on a budget, it probably works, But if you are looking for a room that has the usual, table, closet, place to put luggage, microwave… This is Not the place!

The staff member Emily was fantastic, she treated us with kindness and respect and was very accommodating. She is great! Other staff were also helpful with holding our luggage as we had odd flight times. Our space was clean and well organized. We would recommend this hotel as a safe, clean, and comfortable space to stay in Times Square.
