You must walk up several flights of stairs to access the entrance, so make sure you are ok with that!The host was easy to communicate with and readily available with anything we needed. "Our check in was fast and easy and we were grateful to be able to check in a little early when we arrived from our flight. The room was nice and accurate to the description and photos online. The location was great for walking and exploring the city centre. We specifically picked this hotel for its location, rooftop bar and restaurant next door. We were really disappointed at check in to find out the rooftop bar was closed, as well as the restaurant next door. The rooftop closure should be noted on their website."
