"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."

"Room Adequate size, clean but I don’t like the steps leading to the bathroom- it has 3 steps - fall hazard for senior travelers. Placement of mirror allows full view of you if you take a shower for the other company. Staff Professionals and welcoming Breakfast Good choices but no variance. I have the same breakfast food for 4 days Shops nearby A lot! It’s gran via!!!"

"Very central location in Madrid. Right across from a subway station. Easy to catch taxi also in front of the hotel. It is a busy thorough fare with alot of access to stores and restaurants. It is the touristy area of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking to be in a quieter area. I was on the 4th floor, but couldn't hear much noise. Rooms are very clean and great condition. Great housekeeping. Staff overall friendly. Overall great hotel. Lobby area and public spaces need some updating and would be my only comment about furnishings and not having a coffee maker in the rooms are the only two slight comments about the accomodations. "
