The hotel is very nice. It is not one of those chain hotels, when you cannot say what country you are in. Th ehotel is right on Plaza Mayor. Bit windows are very good. I had no issues with noise at all. Building is old, it a little bit of maze inside - in a nice meaning.

Loved our stay. Location is the best. It's close to everything across street from Plaza Mayor. Delicious breakfast buffet, great variety served early. All choices were yummy. Clean modern rooms. Ruben and Nuria gave us the best customer service at the front desk. We forgot our adapter and they lend us one. Mil gracias!! Girl in the buffet area kept everything stocked and clean.
