Breakfast room was lovely and good selection. I was kindly given a room change after I mentioned too much noise being located next to the lift on night 1 , one thing I would say is you could offer guests bottles of still water if they needed them as when I asked this was not available. Could be a simple improvement. Staff on second day seemed much happier and friendly also .

What an incredible place. Every encounter with those who work there, from the restaurant to the front desk to the cleaning staff, was impeccable. These folks really know what they are doing and how to make their guests feel at home.

WE ARRIVED ON Dec 25th AND MY FATHER PASSED AWAY SO WE HAD TO TAKE A FLIGHT BACK TO LOS ANGELES, WE ONLY USED 1 NIGHT AND WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO THE HOTEL AND THEY HIT US WITH ONE ADDITIONAL DAY AS A CANCELLATION FEE!!! THAT IS NOT RIGHT, THEY DIDNT WANT TO WAIVE THAT FEE, NEVER AGAIN!!!

The property was in a great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff at the Pestana was first class with nice touches of hospitality that made us feel right at home.
