"When we arrived we had to yell "hello" for someone to come out to greet us. Her greeting was not friendly as she showed us to our room. While walking upstairs to our room there were a few bags what look to be from the cleaning of a room. Those bags were in the hallway til the next day. We were very grateful to find this room for the holiday week but it was way over priced and did not fit 3 people. When asked for a rollaway bed the cost of $150 was outrageous. The staff was very helpful; however, we had major issues with our air conditioning not functioning and putting off hot air during our stay making our room 87F in late april / early May. They tried to fix it and did offer that we could move to a different room after two nights of issues. It’s in a great walkable area."
