"LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel so much. The rooms were so spacious, the beds were so comfortable, it was a relaxing stay. Hanging out around the lobby and having access to ocean views was amazing. I really liked that. The gym had ocean views, and it was the nicest gym at any hotel that I have ever been to. This hotel is walking distance to Cannery Road, and it is so convenient. There is a bike rental store nearby, and the Tidal coffee shop. I definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was welcoming! I will definitely be coming back. I also asked if they would allow me to check out a day early, even though I booked on Expedia, and they happily agreed.👍 The rooms were very CLEAN as well.

"The cottages were nice, it felt like you had your own space. Everyone was very nice. The front desk was too understated and we didn’t see it right away. Also the beds made a ringing tone if bumped and that disturbed my daughter "
"Our room was clean and large but a bit outdated and some things were in disrepair. The bathroom door would not fully close due to being warped. There is a spot at the edge of the carpet that is worn through which is a bit unsightly and potentially dangerous due to the metal edging of the carpet. The shower head is outdated and doesn’t produce a very strong stream of water.
The bed was very comfortable although a bit soft. The bath towels are very cheap and thin.
Despite all this, it was still an okay place to stay and does keep the cost of staying here down. And the area is a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood."
