"The house is conveniently located, close to the JR station and there are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a 100-year-old stationery store close by, which we really enjoyed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was very neat to be able to show our kids a more traditional, old-style Japanese house. We were disappointed that there was no tatami, however, as it appears there has been a recent renovation, and more disappointed that the rules asked guests not...

Mr. Yoneda reached out to me several days in advance of our arrival with check-in information along with photos to show clear directions from the train station to the house.
