"Very new, clean well serviced. Excellent location. Nice restful and accomodating bar with food, which could be open longer each day as a service to guests and could have a larger food menu. The cafe outfront was good and supplied breakfast and lubch/ cafe items a but closed early afternoon, which left no food services at the hotel till thr bar opened in the evening."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an incredible place to stay!The house was absolutely amazing and the location is honestly hard to beat. The beach is a stone’s throw away, and having a little shop, café, tavern and butcher all within walking distance was fantastic.The pool might be on the smaller side, but it kept the kids entertained perfectly. The fact that it was heated was a huge bonus, especially when the weather wasn’t playing along! The games room was another massive hit, and not just with the kids!If I had to find one little pet peeve, it would be the dryer. Oh my goodness, thank you for reminding me why I’ve never purchased a condenser dryer! We washed bath towels, tea towels and our usual laundry throughout our stay, and trying to get the towels dry was an absolute mission. But honestly, that’s me being picky!Before our stay, I’d actually called the property managers because I’d come across a one-star review and was worried the place might be too good to be true. I’m so glad I made that call, because not only were my concerns put to rest, but the property genuinely exceeded our expectations.The house, the location, the facilities—everything made for such a fantastic family getaway.We absolutely loved our stay and will 100% be back. Can’t recommend it highly enough!"

"It’s an excellent location to walk to the beach, parks, galleries, shops. Plenty to see in every direction you go. Loved the spa bath, to run the water from the tap wasn’t working, so we needed to use the shower head to fill the bath. That took a little longer, but we still enjoyed the relaxing spa bath. The bed, kitchenette , balcony, large tv was excellent. We will come again. Regards Eva"
