"We did not stay at this property. On line listing had provided a photo of sea and ferry terminal indicating that property overlooked same . It did not. Main window looks out onto a busy road , with cars parked all along it. The main gate , under house , ground to roof height was difficult to open , 2 sides ,both locked at ground and roof. Even property owner had difficultly closing. We left and found great accommodation close by with sea views"

"Lovely staff and great pub! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great pressure in the shower!! All you really need. Short walk to the beach and easy access to coffee shops and supermarkets. Pub meals were excellent!!"

"The property was presented exactly how detailed in the photos. Luke was great to communicate with, and was very prompt with responding to our questions and addressing any concerns. Location was also very convenient. "

"We found the Boathouse to be an exceptional location with the jetty and fishing opportunities making a perfect short holiday for our family. Even though there are surrounding properties it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed watching the ospreys and pelicans fishing for their dinners. Perfect hosts with all information and conveniences provided. "

"Check in was really easy and they made sure we were comfortable and everything met our needs. During this cold wet weather the house for 2 people and our dog was warm, cosy and pet friendly."
