"Centrally located with efficient friendly accommodating staff. Overall good condition and clean all of which is give 5 stars and won’t hesitate to stay at this property again. However , I did not get a room upgrade nor any of the amenities, which really is not a big deal. We booked a terrace room , it’s really quite nice "

"A good price budget hotel in a perfect location in the Gothic Quarter, truly the heart of Barcelona. Simple, clean and basic ensuite rooms. Surrounded by a maze of alleys containing shops, bars and places to eat. Only negative was noise, some very noisy 5am shouting inside the hotel, although vast majority of people I ever saw were more grown up. "

"We booked this hotel mainly because of the location - which was absolutely ideal. It is right in the busiest part of Barcelona on La Rambla, so surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants etc. It was around a couple minutes walk to the metro, buses and city hop on/ off buses. Location is great - just note that of course this means you can still hear a lot of street noise from the rooms. The staff at the reception were always very polite, friendly and helpful. You do have to return your key to...
