"Ohla Barcelona was an ideal location for our trip as many places were accessible on foot by a short cab ride. The hotel was very clean, the front lobby, hotel service and dining room staff were helpful, accommodating, pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We found the breakfast offerings had various options that suited our needs. The room was adequate but the bed was a little too hard for our liking (which by the way is our only suggested improvement). The rooftop, during the daytime, was an excellent option for relaxing and downtime. It seems that the rooftop service staff may wish for you to make drink or food purchases - if this is the case, just be upfront with them if you want to decline their service. Overall, highly recommended for location, convenience, service and experience. It may be a little pricier, but we found value in this choice. "Lovely hotel, very nice room with everything you need. Great little balcony overlooking the square with a side view across to the marina. Fab location, 2 minutes walk to Las Ramblas, 5 minutes to the Marina. Head in any direction from the Hotel and there are beautiful squares, bars restaurants. Even the Metro is only a 5minute walk. The renovations are continuing and hopefuy we will return next year when the roof terrace and swimming pool will be finished. Staff were all lovely cheerful and helpful "

"Wonderful staff and location. Comfy and clean. Pretty terrace to sit in at night. Tough for taxis to get to, but the staff call taxis and drivers come to lobby. We enjoyed our stay. "
