Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is well located around 10 minutes walk to Gothic Quarter. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Room was clean. Good food options around including breakfast. Recommended!

Great location in Gothic Quarter. We loved the convenience of the espresso machine in the lobby! Close to shopping, small eateries, great patisseries etc. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7 and facility was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

It is a nice property, very well located. The guestrooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Hotel staff is very kind and always willing to help. However streets in the neighbourhood look dirty and a bit unsafe at night. Buildings in the area are in need of care and maintenance.
