Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "

"great service! we had some questions about the ladder to the bunker bed, the stuff named Aquiles came to our room twice to help: first time he came to show us how to set up the ladder securely when my kid was sleeping in the upper bed; after my kid woke up, he came up second time and install an extra protection bar to the upper bed."
