I have booked a solo room of this property for two days (Saturday and Sunday), expecting to enjoy the beautiful scenery encircled by native flora and birds. The environment of the property is quite nice. It is clean but quite crowded with various accommodations. The room is small. Though the guests were told to clean up the kitchen after use. But, I saw slices of water-melon left unattended on the kitchen table.
Sadly, I was not given the password for wifi. I called up for help, but in vain. Besides, there were a lot of noises at night time coming from the wall next to my room. It was a low-pitch engineer noise that came on every half an hour or so, which stopped me from getting to sleep. I approached the receptionist about the noise issue. She said that there would not be any maintenance person to look at it until next week. She tried to move me to a different room, but there were no single rooms available. Because of the unsatisfactory condition and no available room for change, I checked out very early in the morning on the second day. Later afterwards, I approached the manager for a refund of the second day; however, my request was completely turned down. She asserted that no refund was approved as there were rooms for change. I did not know what was wrong there. Why the receptionist told me a different version. I felt very disappointed that it ruined my holiday, which supposed to be refreshing and relaxing. Also, my money was gone.
