As our debut trip to Vietnam we were blown away with the hospitality at Angsana Resort Lang Co. From the moment we arrived at the resort and were offered the welcome tea, the staff were so friendly and helpful! For 17 nights we stayed in one of the Beachfront Pool Suites which was clean, spacious and comfortable. In the mornings we thoroughly enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast which offered diverse and authentic dishes with an abundance of Local and Western options available. All the resort staff were friendly and helpful but I must make special mention to Y, Thom and Hue who made every single day we stayed at the resort an absolute dream. They spoilt us rotten and we felt like royalty receiving their exceptional service! Hien and My were also so kind and thoughtful! Not to mention the special gestures of things like messages written in leaves or towels folded into animals surrounded by petals on our bed, fresh fruit every day, plenty of water. We had everything we needed to enjoy the luxurious, peaceful resort. We enjoyed lazing in our private pool as well as the long floating canal through the resort with the swim up bar. Angsana Lang Co may be viewed as remote, however we believe it is completely worth it. We enjoyed day trips to Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Lang Co town and Da Nang with plenty of down time at the resort. The rooms are incredible, and the resort is picture perfect. 2 nice pools, sunbeds on the beach, state of the art gym but the best part is the daily 80-minute massage/wellness treatments. All the staff here work very hard to ensure you have a fantastic experience.

I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi

Nice place, exterior properly maintained, villas are a little awkwardly designed. Materials show some major defects i.e. doors difficult to close bcos they are so twisted (almost 4in twist between lower and upper sides) Big black cloud is that thei male staff would absolutely gain in having some sexual harassment awareness lessons). Their manager rather that act on it was so utterly incompetent that tried to lie it way out to the level of producing fake legal justification. Unbelievable! Never got any type of apology from it. A manager with a serious grasp of what hospitaly and service mean would be recommended.

I absolutely cannot rate this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, along with during my entire stay, I was treated with the upmost respect and courtesy any guest could ask for. All staff were remarkable but 3 in particular. I am eternally grateful to Mai Trang, Huy and Cam. My stay mattered and these 3 went above and beyond to demonstrate this. The hotel should value and cherish their approach to customer service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and again, the staff were very respectful. The bartender who made my night cap (old fashion cocktail) was also very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view of the river from my room was awesome. My stay here will be in my thoughts for a long time to come. Thank you so much.

The beach is spectacular, the buffet breakfast 5 stars, and the hotel a true luxury experience. We were a family of 5 and had a phenomenal time. We would definitely come back.
