Whitsundays Scuba Diving Holidays

First let me start with the staff was kind and helpful. Good service. Unfortunately the property is extremely dated and not enjoyable at all. Overall gave me ick. Horrible lighting in room. Peeling paint and rusting. Floors gross. I also found it to be misleading in that property is actually not on the beach but across street and while views are nice it’s not on beach. Further the access to beach is a public area and does not offer beach service or amenities. A few chairs are available but they are not comfortable at all. There is not ability to order breakfast just a buffet and despite the dining app saying poolside was available starting at 7 it wasn’t until 11. There was a massive water leak in hall on my floor. The cockatoos are extremely disruptive with poop being all over the balconies and chairs. I was truly uncomfortable and glad to be leaving and HIGHLY disappointed in paying for this hotel. It was just absolutely not pleasant to stay.
