Pros: the staff were super friendly and efficient, drinks and food service around the pool, the apartment facilities, the shuttle to town to help out with the uphill walk back, the view
Cons: the shuttle times didn’t go late enough - drop off/pick up ends at 6:30 meaning if go to dinner in town at 6:30 there’s no way to get home! Ended up not an issue for us but I still saw it as a service flaw
Food was inconsistent in quality and breakfast service was confusing - you had to order everything other than cereal (mostly kids choices) and hot/cold drinks
Overall an enjoyable experience - loved our nights at the pool with cocktails and food and apartment was excellent but the cons prevented me going 5 stars. It was 4.5 though
