Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

Excellent time at Rydges. We were on the top floor and it was mostly very quiet with a great view. We did experience some humming from some equipment in the adjacent room, so next time will request a different room. But that was the only negative. Everything else was spot-on.

I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home. Last year I stayed at liberty and it was really good experience. This year booked 3 rooms for 6 people. There wasn’t enough plates bowl cups cutlery. I booked for 4 nights and there wasn’t vacuum in the room had to go 3 time at reception. Didn’t k ow bbq area was off limit for hotel guest.
