"We love the Langham because of its location and the quality of the hotel. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and we had a few lovely meals at the Melba, breakfast and room service. There is a short cut across the pedestrian bridge on Southbank that via the railway station walk through brings you onto Princess Street and Elizabeth street intersection where it’s possible to hop on a free tram toward Bourke Street near the main shopping precinct"

The Duty Manager on our first night was excellent in addressing an external mechanical noise issue affecting our room and promptly relocating us to an upgraded room. The breakfast buffet was extensive, delicious and economical. The bar had a nice ambience with a good wine selection at reasonable prices."
