"I booked this apartment as it is very close to my sons house. When collecting the keys at Fitzroy Street (I didn’t like that you had to pick the keys up and check in at a different location) I was informed that the room was no longer available as it was being renovated (I booked the apartment in January). They had contacted me and left a message 5 days prior but I did not see them prior to checking in. Why did they not keep trying? Renovations do not suddenly happen so why was I not contacted...
