Average tasting food. Entertainment was pretty bad.

I spent one week at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and had a fantastic/relaxing time. The adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect escape. I particularly enjoyed Steak House Restaurant and Penninsula , pool all inclusive services were excellent and A huge shoutout to Amanda who saved me life by providing me with real Aloe Vere after having to much sun She made my stay special. While you can't swim in the ocean here, the pools are beautiful and the shuttle to the sister resorts makes it easy to explore. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet luxury getaway!"*I like the fact you can use all Pueblo Bonito resorts and enjoy time there as well where you can swim in the Ocean at the El Medano Beach at Rose Resort My one of the Best Vacation Loved that and I give 10/10 for all accommodation.

Good place to stay. Night entertainment was lacking but meals and service were excellent.

This resort exceeded my expectations! The customer service was exceptional, the spa was phenomenal, and the resort has beautifully well-kept grounds. I definitely recommend this resort!

This is a very beautiful property. It does have many positive features. We loved the food options. The room accommodations were very nice. Our concierge, Hector was very helpful. We were on the 26th level and the views were awesome. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of fresh options. Ruby at the 12th floor pool did an awesome job. We were a party of four and met another couple, so at times we were all together for a party of six.. The things that need improvement or that were lacking are. The staff at the lobby bar had a hard time dealing with us ordering six drinks at one time.. They weren’t very accommodating. In general, the majority of the drinks seemed watered down. It seemed as though they were trying to limit accessibility to drinks. Some of the best drinks we got were at the halftime bar and the 21st floor preferred club bar. One of the waiters at dragons was less than accommodating. Apparently everyone didn’t order drinks fast enough for him, so he brought three drinks of the six people at the table. He then came back and tried to take our food order with three people still not having drinks. We had to ask him to bring the drinks. It felt like we weren’t accommodating him well enough to suit him. I don’t know his name, but our parties were in rooms 2620, 2618 and 2204. Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at around 6 PM. Cleanliness around the 12th for pool and the glass at the Infiniti pool needs attention. We have enjoyed many resorts in the Cancun area. Good Luck

This was our 3rd time staying at Live Aqua and we are so pleased with everything that, we honestly don't want to check out other resorts.
